Our members have supported our vital conservation work in the Pearl Beach community since 1976, and with 5.5 hectares we’ve always got space for one more!

It’s easy to become a member of the Arboretum, also known as the Pearl Beach Arboretum, whether you live locally or visit us just a few times annually. There is no formal interview, no strings attached, and 100% of the fee goes toward the Arboretum’s vital flora conservation projects.

  • Do you have an interest in native Australian plant species and bush management?

  • Are you keen to be involved in key Committee decision-making?

  • Do you want to get your hands dirty for a good cause?

  • Can you spare one morning a month to attend our outdoor Working Bee (biscuits included)?

Annual Membership not only helps us to keep our local bushland preserved and protected, but it also helps us to remain a self-funded, not-for-profit organisation. Your membership goes a long way!

As an Arboretum Member you can be as involved as you like:

  • Participate and vote in the election of our annual Management Committee

  • Seek a position on the Committee if you wish to be actively involved

  • Support the Arboretum with additional financial aid

  • Sponsor specific projects where relevant

Many of our members simply have the best interests of the Arboretum at heart. They are simply excited to be part of a 44+ year-old community organisation and share the experience with their friends, who end up being members themselves.

Each individual member naturally finds their own way to contribute to the Arboretum. So, what’s yours going to be?

We invite you to become a valued member of the

The Committee was incorporated as a separate entity under the Associations Incorporation Act in 1988. ‘Crommelin Native Arboretum Incorporated’ is an association with its own members who annually elect a management committee to control and manage the affairs of the Arboretum. This Committee has authority under a licence agreement with Council to manage the Council-owned land. See also Crommelin Native Arboretum Inc Constitution available HERE.
